Terms of Service
Effective date: September 15, 2026
1. What this is
Proliferate (“the application”) is a publishing tool operated by Automates (“we”, “us”). It allows each registered user to connect social media accounts they own and publish content to them. By using the application you agree to these terms.
2. Who may use it
Anyone may register an account. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the application. You may not share your credentials or allow others to use your account, and you are responsible for activity under it.
3. Your platform accounts
- You must own, or be authorized to manage, every account you connect.
- Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish through the application complies with them.
- Connecting an account grants the application only the permissions shown on the platform’s authorization screen, and only for as long as you leave the connection active.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and transmit that content to the platforms you have connected, at your direction. We do not publish anything you have not asked us to publish, and we do not use your content for any other purpose.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the application to publish unlawful content, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to impersonate anyone.
- Do not use it to send spam or to evade a platform’s rate limits, content rules, or enforcement actions.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, its infrastructure, or other accounts.
6. Availability
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and publishing depends on third-party platform APIs that may change, rate-limit, or fail independently of us.
7. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of access to a platform account, arising out of your use of the application.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access at any time, including for a breach of these terms. You may stop using the application at any time and revoke its access from each connected platform’s settings.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this page with the effective date shown above.
